One thing you must know about me is I am not a milk lover. I can eat or drink anything that has milk on it but I can't drink milk by itself. Since I was a child, I never like milk that much. Back then, my parents especially my mother is always worried about me and try to convince me to drink milk as often as possible. I have no lactose intolerance, the milk makes me puke whenever my taste buds recognizes it - for whatever reason that I still don't know. My doctor has already advise me a chart that shows different food that has calcium and its how much calcium I can get by eating the food and the indicated portion. I was also told that I need to drink calcium supplements to make sure that I have enough calcium in my body for stronger bones and teeth and to avoid osteoporosis especially when I get older.
