Now that our summer vacation is getting nearer, I am even more determined to loose few more pounds to get ready for our beach time. Just like anyone else, getting rid of some extra pounds isn't easy at all. It entails a lot of patience, hardwork, discipline and determination. Doing daily exercise and eating healthy food helps me a lot. I tried to stay more active as much as possible. Since my work requires sitting down for technically the whole shift, I tried to go for a run, jog or walk early morning and in the afternoon. I also try to do some flexibility and muscle strengthening exercise of at least 30 minutes at night.
One of my friends told me that taking diet pills along with exercise and eating healthy food has help here so much to loose weight. Personally, I am doubtful to take diet pills.
